We don't use cookies or analytics, and we don't collect personal data through any other means on this site.

Why We Collect It and Our Legal Basis

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry. Our legal basis for processing it is:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request, prior to entering into a contract with you; and
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries sent to us.

We don't use your data for marketing, profile you, or make any automated decisions about you based on it.

How Your Data Is Transmitted and Who Receives It

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent directly from your browser to Formspree, Inc., a third-party form-processing service based in the United States, which delivers your message to us by email. Formspree acts as our data processor for this purpose.

We don't operate a server or database of our own that stores your submission — Formspree is the only party, other than ODAKO itself, that handles this data.

International Data Transfer

Because Formspree is based in the United States, your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which Formspree uses as its data processor mechanism for cross-border transfers.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep the emails we receive from the contact form only for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Formspree separately retains a copy in its own submission archive, governed by its own retention practices and privacy policy.

Cookies and Tracking

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology. No cookie consent is requested, because none is needed.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data;
• request restriction of, or object to, our processing;
• request a copy of your data in a portable format; and

This website is directed at businesses and professionals and isn't intended for children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

Contact form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We don't operate our own application server or database for storing contact form submissions. Messages delivered to our email account are stored by our email service provider, while Formspree maintains appropriate security measures for the data it processes on our behalf.
